The interview was a standard care interview and was conducted in an empty family visiting room. It was conducted by two people, a manager and a senior care/shift leader. After arriving I was asked basic interview questions, talked about my previous experiances and talked about my career goals and why I want to work in care.

Very professional throughout the interview. Leading up to interview felt communicated with and had all information needed for day of Interview. Very welcoming when arrived and was offered a drink while I was waiting.
