I was called at the end of the day, told I had 7 minutes to answer the questions and wasn't asked if it was a good time. The man who interviewed me didn't intro himself, so I never got his name. I had to ask which company it was for. He was short, dismissive, when asked why my job search has taken so long he scoffed. Which honestly is so defeating. It's been a hard year and a hard market, immediately this was a red flag. I don't know that I've ever had a worse experience. If this is coming from their HR team imagine the rest of the org.
