I had the first screen with the Recruiter, DG today. The first part of the interview went as planned. The recruiter said she has no further questions but then immediately asked me about my background starting with the earliest jobs I did (since she was interested in learning what I did in my earliest job to the latest, which is weird) and then she says what is the latest AI product I built and what was my specific role in it, and then she says, tell me about a time when I solved a technical problem and tried to explain this to a functional user? The last part of the screen moved to the comp expectation, the range posted online was greater than what she quoted on the call today, stating that the posted range is by the borough jurisdiction and since I am not in that borough, my target comp is not correct, at the same time, she complained that she needs to attend a different meeting.
