Two in person interviews, one with the manager and assistant manager of the store applying for and one with the "third key" and another sales associate, after applying on line and handing in my resume in person.

The interview process was very easy. It was very personable and the manager truly wanted to get to know me. I interviewed with the District Manager as well which was also a breeze .
