I initially applied for Signify back in June 2023. I had three interviews and a practical assessment with various team members and managers. Signify would take 4-6 weeks between interviews to get back to me, and the last time I heard from them was in early November for a final interview before their hiring decision. I never got a response back. I cannot believe a company would disrespect an applicants time to such a degree to take over a month between interviews, let a candidate get to the final interview stage, a ghost them like that. I never got a response, never got feedback, and never heard from them again.
