Il primo colloquio è stato affidato ad una società di recruiting. Passato il primo, ne sono seguiti altri quattro con responsabile HR, responsabile di funzione, general manager e responsabile di funzione corporate.
Il processo è stato davvero molto lungo e la risposta è arrivata dopo oltre quattro mesi.
