There were 2 interviews - the 1st one was simply over the phone by HR doing due diligence such as ensuring you're legally able to work, own a vehicle etc. They'll also inform you of the available shifts depending on the work and ask your preference. The 2nd 'interview' is in person at the shop, which really felt more like a tour. You get to meet the supervisor and they'll ask you what your experience is while just chatting just to get your vibe. The whole thing felt casual and didn't really feel like an interview. Remember your PPE!
