The interview process for an IT Specialist typically includes the following stages:
Application & Resume Review – Recruiters assess your skills, experience, and qualifications.
Initial Screening (HR Interview) – A phone or video interview to discuss your background, motivation, and salary expectations.
Technical Interview – Hands-on problem-solving, system administration questions, troubleshooting scenarios, or coding tasks (e.g., PowerShell scripting, networking, or security topics).
Behavioral Interview – Questions based on past experiences (e.g., "Describe a time you resolved a critical IT issue").
Final Interview & Offer – A discussion with managers or team leads, followed by a job offer if successful.

Entrevista
Following an HR call (1 min) I was invited for a technical interview.
The overall interview experience was negative, as the interviewer seemed to not be prepared, and ready to jump to conclusions and not allowing me to finish my answers.
In addition, it seemed that the interviewer was biased by my background and salary expectations (average to low when compared with similar positions offered in other companies).
During the interview, it was mentioned that I would receive feedback regardless of the final decision. But finally, no communication was made by the company following the interview - I reached out to HR to ask, but no answer was received.

I was asked about my background, previous work experiences, my status in the country, skills, why I want to leave my current job, and presented with an excel and sql exercise that the interviewer made up during the interview - as it was not prepared and would change the question several times while I was solving it.
I was have first interview with HR question about experience where i working now and why i want change my job. Next interview was with leader tester and was technical question with sql and test cases.
