I sat down with the office managers who described the office projects and culture. The questions were straightforward and heavily relied on past experience, eventually becoming conversational with each interviewer describing their experiences.

Friendly conversation with a couple of employees with the overall purpose for them to get to know you. I personally really enjoyed the interview because it felt like a conversation more than an interview
