You talk to all team members in the investment team and then finally the MD before receiving an offer, whole interviewing process took about a month, and offer came quite late (a few weeks after)

Have interview with 2 managers and after the interview they arrange to have accounting Q&A test to do more than 5 pages to answer. But upon asking other colleague apparently not every interviewer does that.
