After I sent a resume to a MD of the firm. I was contact by the HR administrator where I was given a phone interview by another MD. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes, and consisted of fit questions. They expect you to know what area of investment banking they cover. They ask you tell me about your self. They will ask specific questions on resume. Also, one question concerned how would you advise to improve their business or what are should their firm expand into. Follow that phone interview I was given a second interview a "super day", which consisted of a interview with everyone in the firm.
