You'll get the job, they pretty much hire everyone and then if you don't succeed they just fire you. There isn't any training, so you learn the job from other people who work there. The goal is to be good at the job and make over $10/hr, so if you aren't doing that, thats a good reason to be fired, if you aren't producing.

They tell you they help out with gas for travel and they don't unless you ask. Job description matched that of an event coordinator and you are basically a walking pop up ad.
The hiring and interview process is swift. The questions were typical questions. Make sure you ask the recruiter plenty of questions to make sure you fully understand the position.
