The interview process was long- lots of interviews, but every interview was great! Ask did a case study, where I was asked to put together a kickoff deck - fairy straightforward if you’ve done this before. Lots of opportunity to ask questions. Interviewed with the leadership team as well, who were very down to earth and easy to interview with. The company seems to be focused a lot on interviewing the right candidates and not just fill roles - which speaks to the leadership’s commitment to maintaining a great company culture. The HQ in NYC was fun to visit too - very much a start-up environment with lots of cool features and young and fun people.
