Entrevista
There were 2 phone interviews and then a Superday at the NYC office. The superday involved a writing sample, 3 interviews, an aptitude test, and a presentation in front of a group. Not a terrible set up except for the timing and day of the interview not matching what was initially discussed over the phone.

Entrevista
The entire interview process was very thorough. I was contacted by a recruiter through Linkedin. Initial technical phone screenings followed by the in-person interview at Silverline office NYC. In-person interview process was little lengthy. I had around 7 separate discussions however, it was worth it I have really enjoyed being at the NYC HQ office. In one of the interviews I was teamed up with a Silverline employee to complete the code/design exercise and rest of them were mostly technical.

Entrevista
The interview process was very thorough and provided a lot of exposure to the company, its culture and its people. The interview process began with a introductory discussion with an internal recruiter, followed by one-on-one interviews/discussions with a variety of people in a variety of roles. During the interview process, I was given an opportunity to speak with people from pre-sales, project management, delivery and technical teams, as well as members of senior management. Silverline was very flexible with the interview process, conducting nearly all of the interviews via web meeting or over the phone. The process was very thorough, but also expeditious, allowing me - as the applicant - to get a very detailed view of Silverline, understand how I would fit into the organization, and meet a variety of potential colleagues, in a very short period of time.

During the interview process, I was asked to illustrate how I would use SFDC - and other business applications and platforms - to solve real world problems, or give examples of how I had used SFDC to solve real problems in the past, in order to show a practical understanding of SFDC, and the ability to analyze a business problem and present a viable solution.
