Received a call from HR asst. Had an interview with head of HR, the asst. and one of the partners. Said I would get a call in 2 weeks, got a call in 4 days. Met with 2 other partners and the head of HR again. Got a letter two weeks later telling me I didn't get the job.

It was very straight forward: why I wanted the job, what I think I could contribute, what my other aspirations are, what my skills are, what would I do in certain workplace situations, we, of course, discussed wages (see below). It was a little nerve wrecking, but that's with any interview, I think.
