Entrevista
The interview process consisted of a screening call, a technical video interview with pair programming, an on-site interview with several employees including the CEO, and a programming assignment. Biggest disappointment was a lack of honesty during the process. After several weeks of the process and receiving positive feedback after each step, the CEO indicated he'd get back to me with an offer "shortly." A week passed, and then I received a call to go over the benefits package, health insurance, PTO policy, etc. and was asked for a salary range (which I gave on the low end of their posted range on AngelList), while being assured I'd receive a call with their offer "by end of day." After several days, I received an email thanking me for my time but indicating that they would not be able to move forward with an offer. When I asked for follow-up feedback, I was given a vague explanation that it wasn't a good fit. I don't know what the actual reason was, but I would've preferred actionable criticism or feedback to being strung along with positive feedback and the promise of an offer.

Google hangouts coding challenge. Answered the question correctly but they said emailed me a couple days later saying they didn't want to continue with the process. Question seemed incredibly impractical and interviewer made several mistakes while assessing.

Entrevista
Almost everyone I interviewed with at Simon Data was very friendly and encouraging. The first part of the interview was an online coding challenge. It was pretty easy and short. Based on that I was scheduled for an onsite interview that consisted of meeting with three different team members, two senior and one that was in the position I was applying for. One of the interviews involved much more product specific questions than I suspected. I did not continue on in the process after this onsite but was told the next steps would be phone interviews with more senior employees.

Entrevista
Pair coding video interview, on-site with 3 people, follow-up video interviews with both co-founders. On site was really helpful in understanding product process. Still smallish company; big chance to make an impact on business.
