This interview process was completely considerate to the candidate in mind, which the opposite is usually true for companies. Simon Data was incredibly considerate of the time they were asking to go through their process by being quick to respond, quick to give feedback and accommodating of timelines and schedules. It starts with a recruiter screen, then a one hour hiring manager interview, a panel type interview and then a presentation, so there is a time commitment to interview with the company, however, as mentioned the feedback and next steps were always timely and they respected and worked around my schedule. Everyone was intelligent, thoughtful and sharp throughout the interview and it was clear leadership is building something great there. My recruiter Bianca was organized, responsive, helpful and friendly and the new leadership brought on are strategic, warm, and overall impressive. I’m glad I interviewed at the company and I hope to keep in contact with them when other opportunities come.

Interview process was several rounds of meetings including calls with the recruiter, hiring manager, cross functional team members to assess skills set and culture fit along with a final round presentation. The full process lasted 4 weeks due to a holiday and team members traveling.
