They were very slow to respond totally understandable for a startup company. The advertisement is for a high level Manager position, but the expectation is to work hands on. The technical questions were very specific, to the job which I found they are not very flexible. On the whole the interview process was ok. I think they should advertise for a Software Tester/Senior position instead of Manager position.
