Lady interviewing me was working from home with her crying baby right next to her. Such an unprofessional experience. Also I was told I would know the final hiring decision by a certain date, I never heard back so I contacted them several times and almost a week after the deadline date they finally responded and message wasn't too friendly. Lack of communication and professionalism to say the least.
