I interviewed the recruiter for my initial phone screening and then was asked to interview the hiring manager. She seemed nice but I could totally tell she had no idea what she was talking about but the conversation went really well I thought. Even tho I was told they'll reach out to me to discuss the next steps, this company didn't even have the guts to send me a rejection email. I don't care how good an organization is if the recruiter can't even be professional enough to email you a rejection email then they aren't worth working for. So I sent a follow-up and still nothing. They are Simply the most unorganized company! other reviews are right.
