I applied online in June 2018. I received an email within a couple of days for a screening interview. It’s a very in-depth interview, but I never got the sense that they were looking for a “gotcha!” moment. It’s more like they want to know your strengths and weaknesses so that if they hire you, they can double down on your strengths and find ways to improve areas where you could use a little more help.
