Recruiter reached out through a platform, didn't go pass the first round which consisted of some behavioral questions in a web form asking about your values and what values you expect your coworkers to have, followed by a 50 question assessment filled with abstract analogies and 12 minutes to complete it. It was fun going through all the analogies, but 12 minutes is not enough personally. At the end they decided not to continue.

The recruiter was friendly and it was a standard interview. The executive interview was not the same, unprofessional and a complete waste of time. The job post and what discussed with the recruiter was completely different than what the executive wanted at that point in the interview. I was told it was an EA position, instead he wanted a house manager to do house keeping responsibilities.

The process starts with a take home test that they claim "only about 1 in 3 experienced developers pass the first question" but is easy to solve by copy and pasting from StackOverflow.
After that, I had a one-on-one Zoom interview. It was quite obvious that the interviewer hadn't prepared, either by reading my resume or having a list of questions. Throughout the interview, I had the impression he was working on something else on another monitor.
I was offered a follow up interview with the CEO but declined.
That does sound bizarre. Sorry that was your experience. I'll have to check up on our hiring process for next time we're hiring. Thanks for letting me know.
