Before the interview, they will ask you to do a test to replicate "Bulls and Cows". Once you've passed that test, you'll move on to the interview where you would be interviewed by a project manager or tech lead. After that interview, you will have another interview with the local branch manager.

The whole process was smooth and fast, Had a HR interview, then assessment, then final interview with the manager. End to end only took one month. I received an offer but have yet to decide whether to accept.
