This place does not want to talk to you. After applying I tried to call back to follow up with my application and to see the state of the position. Evey time I would be transfigured to a different person within the company and forced to leave a voice message. I rarely would be able to leave a message with the same person. I think the only reason they even bothered to call back was that I had history working for WISPs.
The actual interview process went fine. They stated that they was going to have a result within a week, and where going to contact me back even if I didn't get the position, fat lie. A week went by and no response. The interview must of made a mistake, because he gave me his office phone. After the week went by I tried to contact the interviewer about once a week. This went straight to voice messages. After three weeks I gave up and wrote off the opportunity.

They drawed up a mock situation with a customer's house that had a PC connected to a router, which in turn, was connected to a radio. This radio was then connected wirelessly to a tower that had an access point, a backhaul radio, and a router properly wired together. The backhaul radio off of this tower was then wirelessly connected to another tower.
With this setup they asked various questions about customers issues, and what kind of troubleshooting you would do. For example, customer was not getting speed quoted, or customer did not have Internet access.

I researched typical design job questions beforehand, and found that I was well-prepared. I was thrown some curveballs to which I had to give off-the-cuff answers, but that's nothing unexpected. My interviewers were engaging and easy to talk to.

Interview first by non-technical people who can not answer any questions about the position at all. They simply write down your answers to cliche HR questions about work conflict. They stay totally silent, save a simple "Okay" when you finish your answer, and they finish writing.
Second interview is by the manager. He will talk about himself more than asking about you, and he will like if you reference things that are familiar to him. There are written technical questions, but he may ignore them and ask a single question that has literally nothing to do with the position.
