Quick, simple and organised. Group activities, one on one interviews and role play all incorporated into one afternoon. Very friendly and unpressured atmosphere. Chat with other candidates encouraged between interview stages on the day.

Entrevista
Tel interview followed by invitation to assessment centre with 5 other interviewees. Interactive presentation, tour of office, competency-based interview, role play, and data entry test. Literally everyone involved in the process was kind, funny, and understanding. I was put at ease throughout the process and encouraged to be myself and ask questions. The feedback I received from Shab was really thorough and informative, and unsuccessful candidates are encouraged to reapply after 6 months.

There was presentation which involved what simply business is all about, sales role play (making sure you close the sale), competency based question and IT and system test.
