Phone interview ,followed by an assessment centre. They booked an appointment after the phone interview for me to attend a session called assessment centre.This took approximately 3hrs. Call listening,role play, interview and a surprise task.

WOW! What a Journey this Interview process has been😁. It all started with an email from Shab one of the recruiters form Simply Business which lead to a phone call to check my suitability for the role. Two Zoom meetings later, one a Sales Task and the another a Competency and Values based questions. All the interviewers were very professional, informative, helpful, jovial and genuinely they all want you to succeed and be part of the team!
