Went to a Job Fair at City Mill (sister store) on Nimitz Hwy. They make you do a math test while you're filling out the application. Once I finished application and submitted to HR clerk, I waited for about an hour for a 1 on 1 interview with store manager. After that, they let you go and are informed by telephone if you are chosen to come back for group interviews that afternoon. I received the call. Group interview or panels consisted of about 10 applicants in a conference room along with 4 or 5 interviewers (store manager, and corporate employees) . Each employee is given a store product and are basically put in a scenario where you have to try to sell them the product. There are other scenarios they put you through. Nervewracking! Once its done, they pull the people who don't qualify. The ones who are chosen are called individually to discuss pay, schedule, etc.
