It was a pretty quick and easy going interview with the CEO and HR manager. They asked me a bit about my background and also what type of job I would like to have in the future. There weren't any technical questions that I was asked, and I think they based my abilities off of my transcript since I didn't have any prior jobs in this field either. I was asked how much I expected to be paid and whether I would consider another work term at the company in the future. Overall, a pretty smooth process. They were nice and the CEO took the time to explain thoroughly when I asked about the role. As I was doing this coop mostly for the experience, I asked about what tasks I would be doing in this position and such (which I was satisfied with during my time there).
