I had an incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional experience here recently that I feel I need to share. I went in for a second round interview that consisted of discussions with 3 people. All of them were late, and 2 of the questions were very unprofessional.
The worst of it was when the CEO asked me to "redesign the shower experience." As a young woman, this made me feel extremely uncomfortable. To make it worse, when I started to answer the question by explaining my pain points and solutions, he asked me to "walk him through my current shower experience." The effectiveness of this question could have been achieved with just about any scenario that didn't involve me getting naked.
The CEO also seemed off in other ways. For most questions he asked me, he would then start to answer it himself, demonstrating his fondness of his own ideas and his need to share them.
I don't know if these guys are clueless or just creeps. In hindsight, I wish I had walked out. I left with a very sour taste in my mouth and would not recommend this company to anyone.
It was fine, was asked lots of questions about my experience based on my resume, but the questions from the interviewers eventually got repetitive, and it seemed like the interviewers were not really paying attention.
