The interview process consisted of one phone interview and an on-site tour/interview as well. The entire process took about 2/3 weeks. It is a relatively straightforward process, and nothing should be difficult.

Short interview for an interim paralegal role. No real questions asked, mainly just the interviewer telling me about the role and seeing if I had any questions. At the end, there was also a technical test for attention to detail.
