Interviewed for Solution Architect role for NY office recently. Had one of the unique experiences here. After the 1st round of the interview with HM . He said he’s very pleased and recommending me for the technical round. I also liked the Hiring Manager and willing to work for him even though they are not very strong IT focused company.A day after, it seems he changed his mind and decided to have another round of interview which lasted for about 5-6 mins and I have never heard back. Followed up with the recruiter but no reply.
