Smoot process was conducted by hr rounds . Firstly on call process was easily done and also they made sure that interviews are taken on time . The interview was fully aware of process and made me comfortable.
The process was good and fair enough. The questions asked included both easy and tough ones. The process was lenghty though. The interviewers were quite cooperative.The questions asked were both subjective as well as objective type.
