Entrevista
Applied online then got an email to upload my passport and recent photo. Got an email to schedule a video interview. Had the interview Friday and was told I would hear back by Monday about if they will move forward with my application. The interviewer should have been more transparent and told me during the interview that I wasn't what their company is looking for in a candidate. Better to tell a candidate directly instead of giving false hope that you will deliberate and decide soon.
