You need to clearly demonstrate a strong understanding of your motivation for pursuing a career as a pilot, and be prepared to confidently answer both technical and basic mathematical questions. Most importantly, you must convince the interviewer that you are a worthwhile to justify the company spending $150,000 on your training and development.

Prelim Interview. Process is pretty straightforward: they'll check and verify all your information in your application with the documents you've brought. After that you just wait to be called by your interviewer. There will be 2 people interviewing you - mine was a Head/Management Pilot and someone from HR. They will be very poker-faced throughout the session. It will be quick. Once you're done, you just leave the facility and hope you're called up for the Final Interview
