1st Interview was less than 30 minutes, if you succeed this round, the second stage would be the aptitude test. Some other candidates I've talked to includes SIA cabin crew, RSAF personnel, aircraft engineers, and bankers.

Entrevista
Prelim + finals followed by tea party. Whole process from application will take at least a year. Expect long waiting time while waiting for your turn to be interviewed. 2 interviewer for prelims and at least 5 for finals
1st is the preliminary where there is HR and a Captain
2nd is aptitude (Computerized) where you are tested on your motor skill and multitasking capability - if you can't get through this stage usually can not re- apply
3rd is the final panel and tea party
4th medical check
5th Outbound Leadership Course
