2 Stages - Preliminary Interview + Aptitude Test, followed by Final interview. All stages held at SIA Training Centre. Preliminary Interview had 2 interviewers (1 Captain, 1 HR). Process was relatively fast, interview results were released by lunch time so that those who passed can proceed with the aptitude test in the afternoon. Interview was mostly technical & HR questions, testing your preparation, knowledge and reaction. Final Interview had 4 interviewers (3 Captains, 1 HR). Process took the whole afternoon as the same panel interviewed all 8 candidates. Interview was followed by a Tea Party session involving everyone at the end of the interviews. Questions asked were mainly to find out your motivation and reason for applying to the job.
