1st round of interview followed by aptitude test
Once you clear it, you'll get an email within a week for your final interview, which will be on a Wednesday
Right after your final interview, there'll be tea-party, after which you'll know your results the following morning
Cleared all my interviews and passed my Class 1 & 2 medical but wasn't given an offer

Tricky, need to study technical stuff about aircraft and also pass the strict medical test which is more stringent than CAAS. Additionallly, you also must have a good personality so that you are suitable to be in the cockpit

A long and tedious process, very slow progression that takes a few months to get back to you. The question asked were basic but I did not know why I was not selected despite managing to answer them all with confidence.
Very strict, but fair as you have to understand what you are getting yourself into. It is not a job for those who want just a job, it is for those who seek to challenge themselves
