I tried apply C4X, the process is tough and long, they require you to go through medical tests, aptitude tests on various centres, including - blood test at Kent ridge, by NSF who TOTALLY NO IDEA how to poke the needle in and got to seek a lot of help from seniors. The waiting is half hour, and the test itself already is half an hour long. - X-ray at Marsiling area, not near MRT, and I don’t have any personal transport, I have to walk 15-20min to the camp. By NSF also who told me ‘Please follow the instructions displayed on a stand’ in a RUDE manner, I look around and didn’t see any instructions. And he REPEATED 3X. THEN he turn an instruction stand to FACE me. Of course I cannot see any instructions initially. Very Pissed off. Probably he has certain symptoms, and saw he has a full time staff dressed in home clothes hiding in the office, totally doesn’t care to help the situation also. When I left I kept looking into the office for this staff, she just back faced me and doesn’t dare to see me. CRAPZ! - medical and dental review at Gombak camp, where the most irritating issue happened. Waited for 45min for the doctor to review!!! Then when met him up he said that he DIDN’T receive the blood test done on Kent Ridge! WHAT!!! WHAT WERE THE NSF DOING? Asked whether can take the blood again and come back to review, and i refused. Gombak camp isn’t a very accessible place either! I need to take half an hour from the nearest MRT to the actual medical centre. And this might be the reason I wasn't being selected. - aptitude and integrity test to be taken at Mandai camp which ALSO VERY INACCESSIBLE - network technical test to be done at Stagmont Camp, supposed to be for certain security role and because I don’t have confidence I didn’t go. All the tests are all over Singapore and is tough to reach unless you have your own transport. - Then the final 2 Online interview on technical questions which probably I didn't answer well. - Online interview with the high ranking officers who will chat and check on your personality. And after 1-2 months they send an email to reject my application. I would recommend you apply it if you have the time and personal transport. And apply other jobs while doing tests and waiting for results, because the process is simply TOO FREAKING LONG AND TROUBLESOME.
