My interview process began with a phone screening with the Senior TA Partner who asked several questions regarding my work history and about MemSQL. After the screening, I spoke with the Director of Design to learn more about the position and walked through my online portfolio. A week or so later, I was invited to an on-site interview where I presented a brief overview about myself, work experience, and shared examples of my work with a 6-8 person panel. Following my presentation, 1:1 interviews were conducted with select personnel from Marketing, Product and Engineering. Afterwards, I was debriefed by the Director of TA. A follow-up phone call was made by the Senior TA Partner to deliver the team's decision.
