1st phone interview is with a recruiter from their parent company (BD)
2nd phone interview is with the hiring manager
then they invite you for an on-site interview where you meet with a 2-4 person panel. (The people you will be working with the most.)
During that time you will meet with the Hiring manager again this time for an in person interview.
End with a tour of the lab space
