While the interview was courteous, I felt the experience was somewhat one-sided. A significant portion of the conversation focused on the interviewer’s own background and achievements, with limited opportunity for me to discuss my experience, skills, or suitability for the role. I would have appreciated a more balanced and candidate-focused discussion, as this would have allowed for a clearer assessment on both sides. I felt the brush off.

Initial HR call, ticked all the right boxes. Follow up with interview with the person I’m replacing (odd). Then ghosted, no follow up email to say moved on with another candidate, even with multiple follow up emails. Not a professional company.
