Recruiter experience is very bad in fact I would rather don’t hesitate to call it worst. Please avoid giving interviews to this company because they interview candidates for just time pass and later ask you to wait for 6-8 weeks to interview other candidates without sharing any feedback or decision. It is one of the worst hiring strategy that any company can have. I know I’ve nailed my technical interviews and they didn’t reject me instead asked me to wait 8 weeks to get the final decision. I felt insecurity feeling from the hiring manager as the team along with their leadership sits in another country and looks like trust factor for US employees is very less. Recruiter behaves as if he is hiring for any intelligence agency or something. Glad that after the interview itself I got to know the culture of this company and wouldn’t recommend anyone applying or thinking to interview this company especially in US. It’s big waste of everyone’s time and effort!!!
