first round of interviews is completely virtual, so you're talking to yourself after questions are flashed on the screen. feels so unnatural. I like being able to make a rapport with interviewers.

Got selected to do an interview through iCIMS, essentially online video interview like HireView, answered a couple of questions and went from there. Could do a practice round, and in the real round I believe you could re-do the questions only three times.

The first round of interviews is conducted via jobvite which is a video interview recording software. The interview is 20-27 minutes and you have 30 seconds to prep for each question and 2:30 minutes to respond.
