Entrevista
Has an initial phone screen with a recruiter then 2 more calls with a CSM and a CSM lead. Came in for several hours for in person interviews with the same CSM, other team members and the VP of CSMs and HR. Shortly after the in person interview I received a technical assessment to build a data model, a dashboard based on the data model and presentation explaining my process and findings on the data using their software. This took about 8 hours. They expressed that the CSM role is not technical so it was weird to get such a tech heavy project. After my follow up/thank you notes the VP thanked me and said we'd be in touch. I never heard from anyone at the company again and received no feedback on my project.

Very long process with interviewers that has nothing to do to the role. Very exhausting and does not worth it. Offered salary was not what was agreed in the process.

Entrevista
Recruiter Screen. Hiring Manager Interview. Peer Interview with Presentation. HR Interview.
Straightforward. Honest and clear communication throughout the entire process. Whole process was fairly quick. About 4 week process. The presentation had clear instructions given. A word to the wise- do your research and be prepared! That seems like a given, but they want to see how you would interact with their customers.

Initial discussion with hiring manager. Then a series of back to back interviews (4 in one day) with the team I would be working closely with. I appreciated having all the follow up interviews closely together, as it sped up the interview process.
