I applied on-line. I received an interview invitation the next day. It was in person interview, after that I got an offer. The whole process took three days. So if you see a hiring post come out within three days, you should apply for it right away.

The interview was easy and the experience was good overall. Supervisor is open-minded. Just typical interview questions. The whole process lasted for 15 mins. They care about your plan before and after graduation.
