Before I describe my interview process, the company name is SISU Group, but on Glassdoor it's SISU Tech. It can be misleading.
During the interview, the hiring manager, CXO, was very sarcastic, making jokes about how it was not an interrogation. However, the discussion focused heavily on detailed processes from my previous role. Two additional team members who report to the hiring manager were present in the interview; they appeared disengaged, made minimal eye contact, and spoke very little throughout the conversation.
I was rejected weeks later, and their HR emailed me saying that they decided to move forward with another candidate. Minutes after I received the rejection email, they reposted the job ad on Linkedin.
Very suspicious experience overall. They are not trustworthy.
