There is a behavioral and an onsite interview.
They are looking for candidates with a very direct focus on their needs and your experience has to align almost perfectly to the job description. Looks like they are not flexible with their range.

Entrevista
Honestly, it went very good. It was with higher management (directors) and we talked for over an hour. Afterwards they give you a task to complete and if it is a good fit then you get an offer - simple as that.
Screening interview and a design task. I was left with good impressions of the recruiter, the design lead and the company culture & working environment, but the interview process requires commitment that isn’t justified. You have to attend at least two interviews in person during working hours and are given a design task that involves working on a whole feature including research, polished UI design & prototype and validation of the idea - all of which in a real working environment would be done in collaboration with a whole product team consisting of different roles, and not within a few days. You basically have to come up with a whole functionality for a made up business case. The only part of the task that left good impressions was that the task, evaluation criteria and expected deliverables were clearly explained. I know a few people sharing similar experience and the fact that the job offer is being constantly republished for at least a year makes me question whether they are not just gathering ideas from candidates.
