      Fiz uma entrevista na empresa SiteMax Systems.

      I applied for this role because it was advertised as fully remote. I had my first interview and there was no mention that this would be a in office full time for training and there after, a hybrid schedule. I completed an assignment and was told I would hear back the week after, but it wasn't till two weeks where I was called in for a second interview. The second interview was with the initial interviewer, and two other members of the team. It was very uncomfortable because I could not completely understand what the second person who was interviewing me was asking. They would ramble a lot and I couldn't follow through. They then surprised me and asked me about office work and I told them that I am a remote worker as it fits my lifestyle better and I'm more productive. They were also aware that I live very far away and would need to rely on transit. They then said that this would be a hybrid schedule, to which I was extremely disappointed in because thats not what I applied for and they shouldn't advertise "fully remote" on their posting. There was no mention of a hybrid schedule on the posting at all. After the second interview, I got a call back for a reference check and they asked if i would be willing to commute. I let them know this isn't an option for me at all and thanked them for their time. Honestly though, this was poorly managed by them and companies should not be wasting candidates time with false information on their job postings. I hope they find the right person but in future, it would be best to put your in office expectations on your job postings so you're not wasting your time or potential candidates.
