The interview process consisted of three stages and took approximately six weeks to complete. It included two telephonic interview rounds focused on experience, problem-solving, and role fit. I was also required to complete a case study and develop a detailed 30-day internal team communication strategy plan, which was evaluated by the hiring team before the final discussions.
