First round was with HR over videocall. It was a normal screening, and the TA outlined clear next steps. I was then invited for the interview with the hiring manager. Also online, 1 hour. We discussed the role and team in more detail and had a nice conversation. In a few days, within the timeline provided, I received an email telling me they were moving forward with a different candidate and provided me constructive feedback as to why. It is the first time I received a rejection email this personal. Even though I did not get the job, the process was positive from beginning into end.

I had a call with he where o shared my work experience , and the recruiter also gave me more details about the company . Two days later ,I received an automatic rejection email . I understand that rejection is normal ,but ı sent them an email asking for the specific reason and they didnt reply or give ant feedback
